USES:
Recommended to be used in any area where there are malodors present, floor rinse, carpets and room deodorizer floors for a superior shine.

DIRECTIONS FOR PRODUCT USE:
Add one ounce Collie DefoamerTM to recovery tank for each gallon of water to be used. This is sufficient for all carpets except those with a heavy buildup of detergents. Normally this is more than an adequate amount of Collie DefoamerTM and less may be used as experience dictates. If foaming persists in the recovery tank, add additional Collie Defoamer.

BonitaTM Neutral Floor Cleaner is safe to use on all surfaces not affected by water. BonitaTM is a concentrated deodorizing cleaner for all industrial and institutional uses. Dilution ratio is dependent on surfaces to be cleaned and buildup of soil.
USES:
Recommended for Cleaning All floors including Marble, Terrazzzo, Ceramic, Stone and Vinyl. Works equally well in hard or soft water, hot or cold. For extreme soil, it may be necessary to decrease amount of water.
ADVANTAGES:

DIRECTIONS FOR PRODUCT USE:

4-Floor can be machine buffed to a higher gloss after drying.

Collie SealerTM is a long lasting acrylic floor sealer designed to provide a tough, durable base coat. Collie SealerTM seals the pores of floor surfaces to protect against spills, stains and detergents. As an added benefit, Collie SealerTM levels floor surfaces to enhance overall floor finish performance.
USES:
Recommended for use on terrazzo and vinyl tile floors before applying floor finish.

DIRECTIONS FOR PRODUCT USE: - Strip floor thoroughly, making sure that all old floor finish is removed.
- Rinse floor completely with water and allow to dry. Using a clean synthetic or microfiber mop apply a thin even coat and allow to dry for at least 20 minutes.
- Apply at least 3-4 coats allowing 20-30 minutes to cure between applications.

Collie ShineTM Floor Finish is formulated to meet the unique maintenance requirements for flooring. A highly durable, scratch and scuff resistant floor coating. Resistant to equipment scratches, scuffs and skid marks, easy to apply this user friendly finish, with no buffing required. Built to last under heavy traffic conditions
USES:
Suitable for use on all types of resilient flooring , as well as varnished, painted, or sealed wood and masonry flooring.
Can be applied on marble, terrazzo, ceramic tile & vinyl tile floors for a superior shine.

DIRECTIONS FOR PRODUCT USE:
1. Remove all old floor finish with appropriate stripper.
2. Rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 if all finish is not removed. Allow to Dry. 4. Apply 3-4 thin coats of Collie Shine using a clean Finishing mop or Floor Finishing System Kit with a microfiber mop head, allow 20-30 minutes of drying time between coats.
NOTE: Temperature, humidity and air movement affect curing time. To avoid contamination, do not return any unused finish to original container
Routine Maintenance:
* Sweep or dust mop as necessary.
* Damp mop using Collie Neutral Floor Cleaners following label instructions.
* After cleaning, spray buffing or burnishing may also be used to enhance shine.
* Additional coats may be applied if needed.

Mop diluted solution liberally onto floor surface.
Allow to stand 4-5 minutes. Keep area wet.
Use low speed floor machine to agitate. loosen dirt and finish with black stripping pad.
Pick up solution with wet dry vac, no rinsing required.
Allow to dry.
Apply floor finish using synthetic or microfiber mop.
